About GoldRays
GoldRays is a shower seal manufacturer in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Since 2001 we have designed and extruded seals for glass shower doors and bath screens, and we supply shower enclosure brands, distributors, wholesalers and importers.
What we make
Bottom seals and sweeps, hinge-side and closing seals, magnetic seals for 90°, 135° and 180° closures, glass-to-glass connectors, and seals for sliding, bifold and curved doors, for glass from 4 to 15 mm thick. More than 140 standard models are published on this site, and our library holds more than 3,200 moulds.

How we make it
- More than 40 production lines in Foshan
- Clear PVC and polycarbonate formulations, including our SuperClear™ range
- In-house tooling: new profiles typically cost USD 300 to 400 to tool and stay exclusive to the customer
- Standard lead time of 3 to 4 weeks; minimum order of 500 m per model as a guide, with smaller runs often possible
- Free samples up to 1 m long
How we prove it
Our shower seal samples have been tested by SGS. The tested samples showed no yellowing, cracking or powdering after 300 hours of ASTM G155 Cycle 6 xenon-arc exposure (maximum colour change ΔE 0.75), reached Grade 0 in 28-day ASTM G21 and ISO 846 mould and bacteria tests, and passed REACH SVHC screening for 250 substances.
